Who we are

FATHOM is a trading name of Gaming Racoon Łukasz Zatoński, a sole proprietorship registered in Poland. For any question about this policy or your data, contact us at contact@fathom.ae.

What we collect

When you submit a form on this site (the scope estimator or a call booking request), we collect:

• Your work email address and company name
• Your role and self-reported budget range (optional fields)
• Project details you choose to share, and any priorities you select
• The scope selections you made in the estimator (project type, architecture, add-ons, and the resulting estimate)

If you contact us via the WhatsApp button, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy, not this one.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors find and use this site — which pages get read, which sources bring people here, and where the estimator gets abandoned. This is measurement of site usage, not profiling of you as an individual.

These cookies are set only if you accept them in the banner. Until you do, analytics and advertising storage stay disabled via Google Consent Mode, and no analytics cookies are written. Choosing "Essential only" keeps them off entirely; the site works exactly the same either way.

To change your mind later, clear this site's data in your browser settings and the banner will appear again on your next visit. Google acts as our processor for this data; see Google's own privacy policy for how they handle it.

Why we collect it

Form data: solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare an accurate scope and estimate, and contact you about your project. Our basis for processing it is your request itself. Analytics data: to improve the site, on the basis of the consent you give in the cookie banner, which you can withhold or withdraw. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

We retain inquiry data only as long as necessary to respond to you or, if we work together, for the duration of our engagement and any legally required retention period afterward. You can request deletion at any time — see below.

Your rights

Depending on where you are based, you may have rights under the GDPR, the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), or another applicable law — including the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to object to how it is processed. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@fathom.ae and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
