FATHOM / Services / Social & Local Presence

Social & Local Presence

We do not run content calendars, community management, or paid social campaigns — that is a different discipline from platform engineering, and we would rather say so than overpromise. What we do build: Google Business and social profile integration, so reviews and posts surface directly on your site instead of living only on third-party platforms.

What this covers

01

Google Business Integration

Your Google Business profile — hours, location, reviews — synced and displayed on your site. AED 1,200 add-on for Growth-track builds.

02

Social Profile Sync

Posts and reviews pulled from your existing Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn profiles into a live feed on your site — you keep posting where you already post.

03

Review Widget & Trust Signals

Verified reviews from Google, Trustpilot, or industry directories, displayed on your site as social proof — configured once, updates automatically.

How we work

01

Profile Audit

We check what is already live on your Google Business and social profiles, and what is worth surfacing on the site itself.

02

Integration

API connections to the relevant platforms, built into the site during the same build cycle — not a separate project.

03

Handoff

You keep full ownership of the underlying profiles and continue posting through the tools you already use — the site just reflects it.

Your social profiles and Google Business listing, connected to the platform — not a separate content operation.

Why FATHOM

Honest about scope

We say plainly what this is not — content calendars, community management, paid ads — instead of quietly stretching the definition of "social media" to sound bigger than it is.

Built into the same build cycle

Integration happens during your platform build, not as a separate project with its own onboarding and timeline.

You keep the accounts

We connect to your existing Google Business and social profiles — we never take over ownership or posting access.

Profile integration vs. social media management — a real distinction

Social media management means someone plans a content calendar, writes captions, schedules posts, and answers comments on your behalf — an ongoing creative and community role. Profile integration is narrower and purely technical: we connect your existing Google Business listing and social accounts to your website so reviews and posts surface there automatically. Businesses often conflate the two when shopping for a web agency, then discover the "social media" line item in a proposal was really just this integration. We would rather be precise about which one we are selling.

Frequently asked questions

Do you manage our social media accounts or post content for us?

No. We integrate your existing profiles into your website — reviews, posts, and your Google Business listing — but content creation, posting, and community management stay with you or whichever team already handles that.

Do you run paid social advertising campaigns?

Not currently — our focus is the platform itself. If paid social becomes part of your stack, we can make sure your site is set up to receive and convert that traffic (tracking, landing pages, Consent Mode).

What is included in the Google Business integration?

Live sync of your business hours, location, and reviews into your site — AED 1,200 as a Growth-track add-on, selectable in the Scope Estimator. Enterprise engagements scope this individually alongside other integrations.

What if we already work with a social media agency?

That is common, and this integration works alongside them — we just connect the accounts they are already managing to your site. It does not require exclusivity or replacing an existing relationship.

Do reviews update automatically, or do we have to refresh them?

Automatically — once configured, new reviews and posts pull through on their own. No manual copy-pasting into your CMS every time a customer leaves a review.
