Website Support & Care

A launched platform still needs attention — security patches, uptime monitoring, and small content or development changes. We offer this as an optional monthly Care Plan, discussed and added during your scoping call, not forced into the one-time build estimate.

What this covers

01

Growth Care

Hosting and uptime monitoring, security patches and backups, up to 2 hours of content updates, and a monthly health check email. AED 750/month.

02

Enterprise Care

Priority support with SLA response times, uptime and performance monitoring, up to 8 hours of development time, and a monthly PDF performance report. AED 4,500/month.

03

SEO & AI Visibility Care

For sites that also need ongoing content and visibility monitoring, not just technical upkeep — see the SEO service page. AED 2,900/month.

How we work

01

Handoff

At launch, we confirm whether a Care Plan is being added — it is discussed during your scoping call, not assumed.

02

Monitoring

Uptime, security, and performance are watched continuously — issues get flagged before they become visible to your visitors.

03

Monthly Reporting & Requests

A monthly report lands in your inbox, and included development hours cover content updates or small fixes as they come up.

Hosting, security, and development time after launch — optional, never bundled into the build price.

Why FATHOM

Month-to-month, no lock-in

Care Plans are not annual contracts — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at your next monthly cycle. We would rather keep the plan earning its fee than lock you into it.

Proactive, not ticket-only

Monitoring flags uptime and performance issues before your visitors notice them — support that waits for you to report a broken site is support arriving late.

Transparent hour accounting

What counts against your included hours is defined up front, and anything bigger gets scoped and quoted separately — your plan hours are never silently consumed by work you did not approve.

Ad-hoc fixes vs. a monthly Care Plan — the honest math

If your site is a static brochure that changes twice a year, a Care Plan is probably not worth it — paying for one-off fixes as they come up is genuinely cheaper, and we will tell you so. The math flips when the site does real work: takes bookings or payments, publishes content monthly, or feeds your sales pipeline. Then an outage costs revenue by the hour, security patches cannot wait for someone to notice, and the included development hours cover the steady stream of small changes that would otherwise each become a separately invoiced task. A useful test: if your site going down on a Friday evening would make someone in your company pick up the phone in a panic, you are in Care Plan territory.

Frequently asked questions

Is a Care Plan mandatory after launch?

No. Nothing ongoing is charged unless you choose to add it. Some clients handle their own hosting and maintenance after we hand off the platform.

What happens if something breaks and we do not have a Care Plan?

You can still reach out for a one-off fix, billed separately at our standard rate. A Care Plan simply means monitoring catches issues proactively and a set number of hours are already covered.

Can we upgrade or downgrade the plan later?

Yes — Care Plans are month-to-month, not a long-term contract. If your needs change, we adjust the plan during your next monthly cycle.

What counts as an "included development hour"?

Small content updates, minor bug fixes, and configuration changes — not new features or a redesign. If a request is larger than that, we scope and quote it separately rather than quietly eating into your plan hours.
