Design

Once a brand identity exists — yours or built through our Branding service — it needs to show up consistently across social posts, digital assets, and print. We deliver that ongoing design production through the same dedicated designer, briefed and reviewed by Fathom.

What this covers

01

Social & Digital Graphics

Templates and one-off graphics for Instagram, Facebook, and other digital placements — built to match the brand identity, not generic templates.

02

Print Design

Business cards, letterhead, brochures, and packaging — physical materials that carry the same identity as the digital ones.

03

Ongoing Design Support

One-off requests as they come up — a new campaign graphic, an updated brochure — without re-briefing a new agency each time.

How we work

01

Brief

What the piece is for, where it will run, and the brand guidelines it needs to follow.

02

Design

Produced against your existing brand guidelines — not a fresh interpretation each time.

03

Review & Delivery

Reviewed by Fathom, delivered in the file formats you need — print-ready or web-ready.

Social, digital, and print graphics that keep a brand consistent everywhere it shows up.

Why FATHOM

Same designer, every request

One dedicated designer handles your work over time — not a rotating pool where every request starts from zero and the style drifts.

Produced against guidelines, not taste

Every asset follows your brand guidelines document — colors, typography, spacing — so a graphic made in month six matches one made in week one.

Web-ready by default

Assets are exported in the right sizes and formats for where they will actually live — optimized WebP for the site, correct dimensions per social platform, CMYK print-ready PDFs.

Template graphics vs. guideline-driven design

Tools like Canva make it easy to produce a usable graphic in minutes, and for internal documents or a one-off post, that is genuinely fine — we would not charge you for something a template solves. The cost shows up over time: template libraries are shared by thousands of businesses, so feeds start looking interchangeable, and without a guidelines document each new graphic drifts a little further from your brand. Guideline-driven design costs more per asset but compounds — every piece reinforces the same identity, and the consistency is what makes a small brand look established. A reasonable middle path many clients take: professionally designed templates for recurring formats, produced once, then filled in-house.

Frequently asked questions

Do we need an existing brand identity first?

Ideally, yes — design work is produced against brand guidelines. If you do not have them yet, that is our Branding service; the two are often scoped together.

How does pricing work for one-off design requests?

Scoped per request based on what you need — a social graphic is a smaller job than a full brochure. We quote against market rates during a scoping call.

Can you turn around graphics quickly for a campaign deadline?

We flag realistic timelines during the brief rather than promising a generic fast turnaround — tell us the deadline up front and we will confirm whether it is achievable.

Do you provide source files, or just exports?

You get both — final exports in the formats you need for immediate use, and the editable source files, so you or another designer can make small changes later without starting over.
