Most maintenance plans in the UAE are priced at AED 350–600 a month and leave the important lines vague. Ours are listed below with the three answers that usually go missing: what hours are included, that hosting is in the price, and that there is no long lock-in — plans are monthly.

Essential Care includes none — that is why it can cost AED 350, and we say so instead of implying otherwise. Growth Care reserves up to 2 senior hours a month for development and content changes. Unused hours are the cost of having them reserved — like insurance, the value is that they exist when something breaks.
No — hosting and uptime monitoring are inside every plan, including Essential. In the market, hosting is typically a separate AED 500–2,000/year line on top of the maintenance fee. Compare totals, not headline prices.
Plans are month-to-month. You own the code and the infrastructure either way — a care plan is a service on top of your property, not a lease that holds it hostage.
That is fine too. Ad-hoc work is AED 450/hour — senior engineer, one-hour minimum, same rate for fixes, changes, and investigations. That is the top of the UAE agency band because it is actual senior time; the plans exist because reserved hours come out cheaper than emergencies.
Typical Dubai business-site maintenance runs AED 350–600/month, with e-commerce and enterprise SLAs going much higher. Our Essential plan is AED 350/month for updates, hosting, and monitoring; Growth is AED 750/month and adds reserved senior development hours — hosting is included in both, which the market usually bills separately.
Anything beyond the included scope is billed at AED 450/hour with a one-hour minimum — the same senior-engineer rate whether it is a fix or a feature. Redesigns and new features are quoted as separate projects, and we would rather tell you that upfront than surprise you at invoice time.
Because it is a different product: an active monthly programme — content briefs, local SEO, ranking and AI-citation monitoring — not standby maintenance. In the market, AI-inclusive SEO retainers run AED 6,000–15,000/month; ours can sit at AED 2,900 because it runs on the structure the one-off AI Search & Content Foundation already built.
